For good and valuable consideration, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the City in which the show is located, any merchants associations involved and j & Company, Inc. inc from any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, diminution in value, costs and expenses (including all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees) (collectively, “claims”) that the undersigned may suffer or incur prior to, during or following participation in the j & Company., including injury to persons or property under my control or to persons or property of my agents, employees or invitees from any cause, including but not limited to theft or loss of property. The undersigned recognizes the hazards of participating in an outdoor event and assumes all risk of participation. By Signing this application I (the artist) certify that the slides/photos I have submitted represent my original work that was handmade by me—the artist.. If any co– artists are involved in my work I will provide a written statement explaining their involvement with my application. If I am accepted to the Show I agree to allow j & Company, Inc. to use visuals of my work in any promotional or advertising capacity.
